Two Hilo men were charged with several crimes related to illegal fireworks shipping, transportation, storage, and possession. Fire investigators are looking into what caused a blaze in Windward Oahu overnight that damaged three homes. And a critical program that provided medical care to people living on the streets is ending in the New Year, due to a lack of funding.
