Pastor Howie Batson interviews and presents to the congregation our final candidates for Minister of Education (Cliff Cary), Young Adult Minister (Jordan Davis), Minister to Children (Hannah Bandy), and Associate Minister to Children (Sailor Wallace).

Mark 16:6-7: At the end of Mark, the angel of the empty tomb tells the women visiting the tomb that Jesus has risen. He bids them to go and tell Jesus’ disciples and Peter that Jesus will meet them in Galilee. Even after Peter had denied his Lord three times, Jesus seeks a special reconciliation with the disciple who first called him the Christ – Peter. Jesus and Peter have a family reunion.

Acts 3:1-10: God uses ordinary people who trust His power to bring hope and transformation to others.

Mark 13:1-37: Join us this Sunday as we explore Christ’s return.  In Mark 13, we will highlight what Jesus teaches about His impending return.

Acts 2:14-24: God takes the events we misunderstand, even the painful ones, and rewrites them into His story of redemption through Jesus.

God often does His deepest work in the quiet season between promise and fulfillment, where we find the church in Acts 1.

2 Peter 2:21-25

1 Peter 1:3-5: Because Jesus is risen, we have a living hope. The resurrection becomes real, not in abstract, but in the ordinary places where our hope comes to life - in love, justice, worship, community, and death.
