First Eps

This week we watched the First Ep of the new Netflix show Archive 81. This show is part found footage, part regular show, all intense. Basically the same as this podcast...

After we talk about the First Ep we got through the 15 best found footage movies of all time. We have a lot of fun on another great episode.

This week on First Eps we change things up a bit and take a look ahead at the biggest and most anticipated shows coming in 2022. We talk about over 20 brand new streaming series coming sometime this year. From 1800s NYC to Westeros to Middle Earth, this is gonna be a good year for television! Is your favorite on this list?

We've watched a Hallmark Christmas Movie, we watched a Lifetime Christmas Movie and now were watching a Marvista Christmas movie. Yes, the holy trinity of holiday cheer. This week on First Eps we continue our holiday extravaganza with the Lifetime movie The Holiday Fix Up. We compare this to last week's Hallmark movie and are surprised at the results. Join us for a very fun take on this new Christmas movie, some might say a new holiday classic...OK, nobody is saying that but I guarantee this is still a fun listen. We also go over the Top 10 Christmas movies of all time and discuss how we'd fix that list.

On a very special holiday episode we talk about a future classic...the new Hallmark Christmas movie, Nantucket Noel. We play the Hallmark Movie Game where after the first 3 minutes we try and guess the plot of the movie. One of us comes pretty close! After this disaster of a movie we need a palate cleanse so we take a look at a list of the best Christmas movies of all time...or so we thought.

First Eps is back with one of our best shows yet. We watched the First Ep of the new Amazon high fantasy series The Wheel of Time. We have a great discussion about the show and then talk about the lack of great high fantasy shows and movies in the past and the exciting growth of the genre in recent years. The prophecy states you must watch this episode of First Eps!

With so many new show releases we had to pop out another quick bonus ep. Real quick first impressions of the First Eps of Hawkeye, True Story and The Sex Lives of College Girls. New full episode coming this week!

We were unable to record a full episode this week but with so many new streaming shows lately we had to bring you a special First Eps Mini. In this bite size episode I talk about the First Eps of the new Hulu series Hit-Monkey & the Netflix show Cowboy Bebop.

This week on First Eps we watched the new Apple TV + series The Shrink Next Door. We talk about the First Ep, Keiths hatred for Will Ferrell and I list my favorite Paul Rudd and Will Ferrell Movies while Keith tries to find one he likes. A fun time is had by all!
