Residents of Fleurhof and Florida, on Gauteng's West Rand, will embark on a two-day total shutdown starting today, over a lack of service delivery. The residents have accused local government officials of turning a blind eye to long-standing issues, water and electricity supply problems, and illegal mining activities, among other grievances.
