President Cyril Ramaphosa has survived an impeachment vote in Parliament yesterday. The majority of Members of Parliament voted against the adoption of the Section 89 panel report into the Phala Phala Farm Scandal. The Democratic Alliance says the raid of Tembisa hospital on the East Rand was long overdue. The comments come after Investigations by the Special Investigating Unit (SIU) confirmed allegations of maladministration and possible fraud and corruption related to the Supply Chain Management process at Tembisa Hospital.
