Police Minister, Bheki Cele has lambasted liquor outlets such as taverns, shebeens and restaurants for the sale of alcohol outside the stipulated national lockdown regulations. Cele says the police will not hesitate to enforce the closure of all these outlets, arrest their owners and possibly revoke their operating licenses.
