They face charges including pre-mediated murder, defeating the ends of justice and possession of prohibited ammunition. The 16-year-old, who had Down Syndrome was shot and killed near his home on Wednesday last week. The case has been postponed to 10 September for further investigation and to allow Whiteboy time to seek legal representation

He also told the media that the NEC has come to a conclusion that there is a well-orchestrated campaign against him as party president.
