It was in Sydney’s Western Suburbs where she first fell in love with Hip Hop. Maya released her third solo album, produced by Grammy Award winner Quetzal Flores titled "Never Said Yes." Maya has held songwriting workshops with youth since the early 2000's and she has visited juvenile detention centers in both Los Angeles and Sydney.
