When KC visits his good friend, Ernest, he learns that "God wanted to throw a party for baby Jesus, so He sent angels to announce that there was peace on earth! That was God’s gift to us, peace. God wanted everyone to hear about Jesus, so the angels showed up on a hillside where some shepherds were sleeping and woke them up. The angels said, 'We’ve got good news! A baby is born in Bethlehem. It’s a boy! And He’s gonna take away your sins!'"

“For God so loved the world, He gave His only Son,” John 3:16.

When KC visits his good friend, Coach Conway, he learns that when you seek godly wisdom, God rewards those who seek Him.    Seeking God takes persistence and practice, just like learning to roller skate takes persistence and practice!  The more time we spend with God, the better we get to know Him.  Coach Conway explains how Jesus rewarded Peter for letting Him use his boat to teach people about the goodness of God!  Hebrews 11:6 says, “God rewards those who seek Him!”
