Today we spoke with Brad Smith about his 24 hour run coming up this Saturday. He is running to raise money for World Vision, who provides a means for communities to get clean drinking water. Here is a quote from his Facebook page about the event:

"I'm running with Team World Vision to help provide life-changing clean water to children and communities in Africa. The average distance traveled by someone in developing countries to get water is 6 kilometers (3.72 miles). I love helping people and want to follow God's calling to help those in need. In that spirit, on Saturday, August 11th I'm planning on running a 6K every hour, on the hour, for 24-hours! Join me for all or part of the day and help me raise awareness and money to help save lives in Africa!"
