Fish With Friends

Christine officially had her first "oh crap!" moment on the show today when she didn't wake up with her alarm and almost missed the show. Luckily, Steve texted her and she woke up (but if you ask her she woke up on her own... OK, Christine...). It took her about 45 minutes to get to work after she woke up and Fish and Steve gave her crap for that but the Click of Six were quick in her defense. Also on the show, we learned that a hotel in Michigan is doing a Buddy the Elf themed suite, we compared our show meetings with our current boss Doug and our old boss BT, and we asked if you needed to know your partner's "number". Fish is still at home quarantining after an exposure to someone with COVID-19 and he has a minor update for everyone. No, he didn't get his results yet, but he is pretty sure he doesn't have it. Or does he? Who knows when this stupid virus can literally show no symptoms sometimes. Also on the show, we ask if it is OK to propose to someone over Zoom, we learn about some new COVID guidelines from the CDC, and we have another weird monolith update for you. Yesterday, Fish had to leave the show early because he found out that he was in contact with someone who had COVID over the weekend. So, now he is broadcasting from home for at least the rest of the week. He went to go get a test and is now awaiting his results. Also on the show, Fish loses his internet connection and has to do almost half the show over the phone, we play several rewinds because of the technical difficulty, and we asked you to share with us what you think is a waste of money. In case you missed the title, today was a short show. Why? Well, it's because about a third of the way through the show, Fish found out that he had been in contact with someone with COVID over the holiday weekend, so he had to go home and quarantine. So, instead of a normal show, we just played some old clips from past shows. But, we still managed to do some new stuff. We listed 5 things you should keep in mind while you are shopping online for Cyber Monday, we learned how you can steal tires off of a car with a frozen turkey, and we asked if you are getting a real or fake Christmas tree. It's time again for another Connie and Fish Rewind show and this time it's all about Thanksgiving. These are all clips of the Connie and Fish show that are from as recent as this year to all the way back from the early 2000s. It's the day before Thanksgiving and that means that it is time again for our annual Gobble Off. That's when we have 3 members of the Click of Six go head to head with one another to show off their very best turkey impression. This year we had 3 very unique gobbles, but it was quite evident that one contestant's gobble was head and shoulders above the rest. Also on the show, we kicked off our Connie and Fish Christmas Kids promotion to help out local foster families, Steve shared some Christmas and Thanksgiving tips during his Daddy Tips, and we heard embarrassing Thanksgiving stories from the Click of Six. It's the day before Thanksgiving and it's the official start to the holiday season. So, Steve has a Thanksgiving and a Christmas Daddy Tip for you today.

We introduced a brand new segment on the show today called "A Sensitive Moment with Fish." At the request of our new interim boss, Doug, Fish will now start to show his sensitive side in these very touching segments. Basically, Fish went to see Connie and they laughed at the request of Fish being more sensitive so they came up with this segment to just annoy Doug. Also on the show, Steve was absolutely terrified of Fish's wife when she stopped by his house yesterday, we helped a mom deal with the realization that her son is no longer a kid anymore, and we learned that Santa Claus is immune to COVID-19. Today on the show, Christine shared a very funny story from the weekend. She was out shopping and got hit on by a guy with quite possibly one of the funniest and cheesiest pickup lines that we've ever heard. He walked up to her and said "Hey, is your name google because you're all I've been searching for." Oof... That's ruff, but also pretty hilarious too. We asked you to share some of your cheesy pickup lines and you did not disappoint. Also on the show, we recapped last night's American Music Awards, we listed some things that you might want to stock up on in case we are forced into another lockdown, and would you "grow" your own meat at home if you could?
