Hurricane Idalia has come and gone for the First Coast, and the captains are spend this time giving thanks for being spared what some of our friends and family to our west are struggling to get through at this moment.

Now as far as the weather goes, the question is this: typically, when we have a close call with a hurricane, the aftermath brings with it some really good fishing.  But will this be the case this time?
