What happens when life does not go as planned?
What happens when we lose things in our lives we thought were guaranteed to us like high school prom, graduations, weddings, vacation or that big promotion.
We are living in an Uncertain time due to this Pandemic.

But we are so incredibly powerful and resilient that we will get through such a time as this.
I spent this podcast talking to Emily Capshaw. The host of Mettamoon podcast and CEO of good vibes. We share ways to accept the current situation, be aware of the anxiety, depression or emotions coming up and how we find peace through it all.
We only have one life so Enjoy the Journey & make the most out of every opportunity.
Remember You were meant to THRIVE & not just SURVIVE!
Courtney & Tracy discuss how you can’t heal in the same environment that made you sick.
Courtney was afflicted with CDIP ( a neurological disorder) that left her paralyzed from the neck down, unable to speak and professionals saying there was nothing they could do for her in 2017.
She shares how acknowledging that the stressful environment she was in was blocking her healing so she decided to make some BIG changes. These changes began to improve her function & health again. Her ability to refocus her mind with a body that was unable to move brought her joy & inspired those around her.
Considering everyone’s environment is changing right now we are being forced to make changes in our environment and unplug from our stressful lives… This could be a good opportunity for everyone’s health and environment to get a healthy makeover ️

Finding my Faith again post cancer taught me that the pain in our lives offers a deeper opportunity to appreciate the simple things like a bike ride. I realized as we cruised down the volcano with all its twists and turns that life is always moving us and calling us to become our most authentic self, the decision to say YES is up to us. Finally, my growth over the last 5 years after cancer has been slow, sandwiched in between highs and lows, holidays, vacations, monotonous routines and intentional practices of personal growth and intimate conversations with God.
“For Better or Worse"
No one can prepare us when we stand together at the altar for what that really looks like. We romance the wedding day with preparations that take years, months or in my case 10 days. It was my second marriage, I had cancer and had gotten out of the hospital 3 weeks earlier and doped up on morphine so ya I was a fun bride! There we stood with friends and family (well a few important people were missing) saying vows we created and traditional vows. I remember thinking that day (even with the haze of my Fentanyl patch swarming through my bloodstream) that this was God's way to bless our broken roads together......
