Dr. Ray has been a PT and Coach helping athletes get out of pain for years. In his journey, he realized that treating patients in a clinical setting wasn't fulfilling for him, nor was it effective for his clients. He transitioned his work online and has created a very effective curriculum for coaches and clinicians can help people heal and live pain free. Now, he focused on his "Retain" program which gives clinicians practical tools for turning their struggling in person practice into a thriving business offering both in person and remote training to truly serve patients the best way and give clinicians the opportunity to make a lot more money.

Aly is a world class SCUBA Diver who has spent more time under water than most. Her love for diving has brought her all around the world to dive with some of the most dangerous and misunderstood creatures, in an environment that can quite literally kill you if you make a single mistake. We talk about how she was resistant to diving at first, and what it means to her now. We discuss the misconception around sharks, conservation, dangers of diving, and some of her goals. She also shares how she stays fit and prepares mentally for her dives, citing diving as meditation and the only place where she can truly slow down and be with herself.
You can learn more about Aly and join one of her upcoming group-lead dive trips by contacting her on Instagram @alybirch

In this episode - I share my definition of Leadership and dissect it's meaning down to the words -->

Act --> Action, motion, doing, progress
