We all know it, life just happens here and there. And as soon as we get stressed at work, or with our family or any other area of life, we fall back into default mode. Suddenly we stop going to the gym, we go back to eating junk food, or we stop investing time into growing our business or developing our personality.
This is completely normal – as stress increase – our willpower decreases. We are going to have a hard time sticking to actions we set out to do. To solve that problem, we have to make those actions habits. We have to reprogram our brain to default into doing the right actions. As soon as the actions that move the needle, that bring you forward, are engrained as your fundamental habits, you will fall back on them no matter how stressful your life is. Thus, developing good sustainable habits will make you unstoppable.
