Kiki is an intuitive eating health coach who has designed a completely unique program called 10/10 that allows women to finally turn off the “how do I lose those last 10 pounds” soundtrack that’s been playing in their head on repeat for years. She is a committed practitioner of the “eat dessert after every meal” food philosophy, and coaches women on how to eat intuitively with their body. Kiki studied Naturopathic Medicine with a focus in Women's Health & Hormones at The University of Toronto continuing studies, she is a Certified David Wolfe Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, and has her Fitness Nutrition Certification from the ISSA.
