In this episode of Living in Sync, I am sharing a bit about the wisdom I have learned in business and motherhood. I reflect on my journey as a business owner and mother, sharing how I've shifted from the "girlboss" mentality to a more values-driven approach. Since starting my business in 2011, motherhood has profoundly reshaped my views on success and identity. I
highlight the importance of aligning work with personal values, understanding the different seasons of motherhood, and resisting societal pressures. I encourage you to embrace your unique path and redefine success on your own terms.

In this episode I am ranting about a hot take I have on a conversation I hear a lot about "why don't we learn about our cycles/hormones this in school?" well in my thoughts and opinions this comes from a place of not feeling empowered to discover and know what is going on. I don't think that as a teenager even if I would have learned about the shift to perimenopause and menopause I would not have cared or retained what was taught.
