Scotland's next big fitness festival coming this summer! With Crossfit still taking the world by storm and people loving sharing their pics for the gram, it's Scotland's turn to throw its name in the hat with its picturesque scenery and backdrop! WOD on the Loch intends to bring together big brands and big athletes to create an event worth remembering around the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond.
I got to speak to Kyle in today's episodes about the ideas behind the event, how it will run (managing to get a few inside tips for athletes) as well as the brands getting involved and the buzz surrounding what promises to be a great weekend of fitness
