Develop and implement strength, speed, agility, and conditioning programs for Baseball, Volleyball, Softball, Swimming & Diving, and Golf with oversight of Men's/Women's Lacrosse, Men's/Women's Soccer, Track & Field, Softball, Field Hockey, Tennis, Water Polo, Rowing, and Cross Country. Set up the schedule for strength and conditioning workouts for each sports team and maintain up-to-date records on the strength program of each team. Work with Head Coaches to discuss and develop strength and conditioning programs for each specific sport. Responsible for maintaining equipment inventory, budget, repairs, and to update the Athletic Director on recommendations for purchases of equipment. Provide supervision, guidance, and proper training to student-athletes using all aspects of sports performance. Supervise student workers and interns working in the strength and conditioning program.
