Coming from a life that was in a rapid downward spiral, partying with alcohol and eventually adding drugs into the mix and then grinding through my own mental battles which that lifestyle put me in. I managed to come out the other side and made a commitment to share this experience with everyone that can relate to my story. I grew up with a work hard, party hard attitude and that was the lifestyle I lived for many years. I worked away in the mines in Indonesia for many years, 5 - 8 weeks on and 2 weeks off, 12-13 hrs a day, no days off. I’d then come home and destress the only way I knew how hit the Gym and Party hard. This was my lifestyle, that would soon catch up with me. For a period of about 9 months, each time I went back to work, I would get really sick at least once. Little did I know this was a sign of things starting to give. Then it did for the last time.
