Willpower is a muscle !
Willpower is a crucial trait for achieving long-term goals and overcoming obstacles. It acts as the mental strength that helps you resist short-term temptations in favor of long-term success. Whether it's sticking to a fitness regimen, building healthier habits, or maintaining focus on important tasks, willpower enables you to push through discomfort and stay on track. Strengthening your willpower can improve self-control, increase resilience, and lead to personal growth in various areas of life.

We talk about nutrition , fitness, and overcoming adversity. Eddie reveals what he goes through mentally to get ready for a fight , and we can all use these tactics before going through something challenging in life.

I've know Brandon for a few years now and he's someone who has inspired me a lot. Ive seen him evolve and grow. He's an entrepreneur, and he's experienced a lot in his time already, although he is still young and full of life. Sit back and enjoy this episode as we discuss fitness, motivation, accountability, self discipline and how to get the best results out of whatever process you go through in life to get where you need to be. Its just that. Its a process. Sometimes we want the result , without the process. This is so common, but we have to understand that there won't be results unless we have patience and consistency, over a long period of time. That patience and consistency comes with takin hour failures as lessons , and looking at the failure as another opportunity to gain knowledge and use that knowledge in the future, to become successful.
From backyard brawling to the cage. He's had 30 fights under this belt and he's not slowing down. How to keep moving forward through adversity. Knee injury resulting in a surgery but that still didn't slow him down. We have to set goals for ourselves and remember that theres always going to be road blocks and obstacles in the way. Do you have a plan to reach your goals even if and when the obstacles come up out of no where? will you keep moving forwards ? Or will you crack under pressure and fall apart? Adversity is guaranteed, setbacks are also guaranteed, as we take the steps toward reaching our goals in life and getting to where we want to be. How will you handle it ?
King for a Day. What is keeping you from a King or Queens mentality? What could it feel like to be thought of like a God, to yourself. Where anything feels like within your power. A mental giant impervious to mole hill anguishes. Do you really want to go your whole life and get to that final death bed knowing you left so many pursuits, unpursuted. Is it worth it playing small to yourself? If our days are numbered and our breaths are counted and if none of this human success of the world really amounts to anything, then shouldn't failure be even more so counted as less significant. Counterphobic means "Only pursuing things that you are afraid of." May you be blessed with that phobia.

Whats the key to true happiness? We all have goals. We have fitness goals, life goals and many other goals. Should we wait to celebrate until we reach our goals or should we celebrate during the whole process? What happens when we reach these goals? Its exciting and its a great moment in life, but what happens when these feelings of joy and excitement start to fade away over time. How do we continue to stay motivated and work self discipline? We have to learn to be happy with what we have right now in the current moment. Its time to be happy NOW, regardless of where we're at in the process. Working out and staying healthy definitely has to be the foundation of everything when it comes to being happy and enjoying life.
