Now a 2.29 Great Britain Marathon runner, running coach, and running space media icon, Becky Briggs sheds light on the marathon, and some of the common key issues within the sport.
Becky talks about her experience overcoming her past eating disorder, and what really allowed her to move past things. Taking her from feeling like she was treading water to feeling strong, powerful, and able to reach her potential.
Becky reflects upon her journey with the Marathon so far, what it has been like training for it, and racing it, and what she has learned from progressing though the levels with it so fast.

Kate Axford is a former professional hockey player for Great Britain. But now, she is a runner.

How a Diagnosis of PCOS launched her journey to being an athlete.
Sher Tapang @sher.ravesfitness is a triathlete, PCOS warrior, mother, race director, and manager.
Sher discussed her struggles with the hormonal condition PCOS, which affects between 8% and 10% of reproductive aged women ( WHO), and how she used her diagnosis to fuel her journey to health and happiness.
Sher has taken on a range of endurance races including the 70.3 Ironman and triathlon.
She shares how she motivated herself, and made the journey to being an athlete, and how she continued this despite giving birth. And as someone who holds down a full-time job, is a race director, and mother she shows us all how commitments don't have to hold us back from.
And as our first guest from the Philippines there is some wider discussion around some new and different challenges, especially those specific to being female.

Natasha is a Covid runner baby boomer and has since set a European U20 record in the Half Marathon, and run the fastest time by any 18 year old female in the world this year. Not only is she a phenomenal rising star of the half marathon, she holds 5 UK number ranking spots ranging from the 5k to the HM, and is the Scottish champion over the 10k, 10miles, and Half Marathon.
Natasha shares her passion for the sport, how it started, her reflections on running so far, her training style, and thoughts around what allowed her to make huge improvements in performance in only a short time.
