I'm spending a little time today Unpacking some things that affected my mood over the week. I encourage you to do the same!

Death has an interesting way with the living, and your life was a blessing to me during my teaching season.

I'm working through some mental space, so my thoughts may not have their usual coherence (whatever that may be).

Your mental health isn't an occurrence but something that's been a part of you just as long as your physical health.
