The Entitlement that we feel from being a fan can lead to forgetting that folks are human too.

It only took me 7 days to record my first rant, and this is a calm one. First, let me put respect on Senator-Elect John Ossoff's name, since I called him Jim yesterday. Second, in the words of an old colleague of mine, "A narcissist will either be the hero of the victim of their story, never the villain." This is the danger that we entered when a person that believed themselves above the democracy that elected them is elected.

I know things are tight right now for a lot of us. I encourage you to take a step back from comparing yourself with others, bc it only leads to more discontent with your current situation. Lean into the community around you for support or help, you never know how that help might come about!
