The Supreme Court ruled 9-0 that Abrego Garcia, a Maryland resident deported to El Salvador without due process, must be returned to the US – but the administration refuses to comply, creating a genuine constitutional crisis.

Officials claim returning him is "impracticable," raising disturbing speculation about whether he's still alive in El Salvador's notorious prison system.
