• 💬 📘 – Knowing you’re 50% done should give you earned momentum to push through R1.N4. Even if R1 wasn't done perfectly, you're still halfway through. Good job!
• 💬 📘 – You reviewed the PDF a few times. You debated, researched, came back, left, and finally are jumping in — or started FYL. In other words, you're invested — you're fed up and ready to change things because you took action. Take this time very seriously. You may never be so close to changing things around — not because of the FYL program, or me — you are the one leading this effort.
• 💬 📘 – Still blocked? Difficult questions disclaimer: do not ask yourself difficult questions without first understanding your personality type. These questions are powerful — and they can be used throughout the entire program. Examples of a few hard ones: Do I want to end up or &?$% alone? Will I ever again have in my hands a program built for me? I suggest considering discovering your personality type before starting FYL.

****Not in recording: FYL' s Visualization Contrasting: to lead to a result or emotion****
Use visualization as a contrast tool or as positive reinforcement in some cases. Picture your life before discovering FYL — and compare it to the different stages you’ve gone through during Round 1. Then take it a step further: visualize how much further your progress could go, months or even years from now. The bigger the contrast you can create, the more powerful the visualization will feel. Disclaimer: visualization is not for everyone. It’s most effective for certain personality types and can be counterproductive for others. In my case, I use visualization all the time — and I've learned when not to use it — as it may cause the effect of "putting on blinders" without realizing it. With time, as you allow FYL to add the tools you need in your tool belt, this technique will grow with — and on — you. But warning on this: making it your own is the worst advice I can give when starting. That’s an important nuance. I said here: “With time, as you allow FYL to enter your life.” But I want you to have this hope — knowing that you will return to normal. And that is: the objective of the FYL program.
