Episode 216: We launch into this episode with a bit of gaming fun since we went to a barcade as a family yesterday and I’ve been heavily playing D&D this last week. Episode 215: We launch in first about what we’ve been up to on gaming for the first approximately ten minutes, including No, I’m not Human, Overwatch, Warcraft, Fortnite, Mario Party Jamboree, and Civ7. It helps to have had a fall break.

After that we launch into one bit of Apple tech news, and then politics, first going from the ceasefire and Time cover to the government shutdown fallout, among other things.

And then we’re off to the races with the No Kings protest held yesterday and close things out with that.

Episode 213: I’ll play some Civ VII in the background as I discuss mostly politics with a side of hinting at the gaming I’ve done through the week. Is it bad that I’m sort of glad that there’s a government shutdown?

Episode 211: We start this week with Civ talk and having gone to see a powwow in person. From there we roll into politics, because they’re about as wild as usual, but we keep it brief, because we’re tired.

Episode 210: A rather somber episode as we discuss matters such as Charlie Kirk’s murder along with Phillies Karen, the need for the Epstein files to still be released, and even a side of Gaza. Civilization the game dominates our playtime this last week as we venture into a five player match but Mordekai does manage to play a little pvp in Warcraft as well.

Episode 209: So we’re pretty chill today given the first week of school is behind us and there wasn’t a huge amount of stuff in the news. But that’s okay. We’ll talk WoW, Helldivers, Civ, and Chicago preparing against the idea of Agent Orange trying to send troops their way.

Episode 208: We mostly played Civ this last week interestingly so we jumped right into politics and how many times the Orange One made up imaginary things or lost in court. I’m not overly hopeful yet, hence the title, so we continue to wear our wait and see hats.
