We look at Jesus instructions to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness to remind us that intentionally and actively seeking God gives life to our spirits, just as air gives life to our bodies.

We all can react in ways that seem excessive, extreme and unreasonable. Rather than let our triggers hurt us and others, we need to have the courage to allow Gods grace to make us whole, holy, and spiritually healthy.
