Iliana has over 20 years of experience in Market Research. She

U.S. to further understand and appreciate the broad range of

Iliana has obtained certifications with the MBA/MWE and is a
member of the QRCA, MRA, AMA, and GLC Chapters.
Iliana’s Unique multicultural background brings a special
approach to her cultural research as a moderator, born in the city
of Chicago where the arts played a significant role in her life was
instrumental and that passion led her to the creative side of
research.
Her qualitative expertise throughout the years has been focused
on topics such as medical products/conditions, pharma, health,
personal hygiene products, financial institutions/banking, voting,
mobile technology, and alcoholic beverages to name a few.
Iliana has worked with an array of clients: P&G, GFK, Pfizer,
Medical Card Systems (MCS), Banco Popular, Build-A-Bear
Workshop, PetSmart, Sports Authority, Verizon Wireless, El
Mesón Sandwiches, Sajo-García-Alcázar, and many more.
Iliana’s niche is the ethnic markets, primarily the Hispanic and
African American markets, and has incorporated the Asian and
General Markets to her vast portfolio.
As part of the over 500 focus groups and more than 200 IDIs
conducted, some of them have included concept testing. This
kind of testing involves obtaining the likes and dislikes of the
concepts presented, how the participants perceive the concept,
and what changes can be made to the concepts to make the concept clearer for participants…
