Farren from the Favored Journey Team is joined by her sisters Sarah Penney & Iris Chimburas.

They talk about their parenting styles, what they learned from their parents and what lessons were most impactful from their childhood, how their parents dealt with racism. how they served others, and how Farren and her siblings carry that into their own families. 

These sisters like to laugh. Iris tends to say "hell" a bit, but they are an imperfect, close family who likes to tease each other, support each other and care for each other's kids as their own.

Josh & Rachel each went to Kenya as short term missionaries and they felt God’s calling to stay...and get married...and go to medical school (Josh)...and have their children (all 4) in Kenya! This is a couple who isn’t afraid to do the uncomfortable! They have spent 13 years in Kenya and are preparing to transition to life back in the states which is scary when your kids have only known Kenya their whole lives. They have come alongside Josh’s parents to help children in the Tumaini Children’s Home and have said “yes” to God at every turn!

Scott & Staci Baldwin were high school sweethearts and have been side by side through 28 years of marriage. Through the loss of their son, they launched a foundation to help hundreds of families walking with a child through a serious illness. They talk through supporting each other and helping other families and what helps them to get it all done!
