What happens when a dog walk, a joint, and a brutally honest spiritual conversation collide? 😅
In this Bloom Burst, I riff on posture vs perfection, wrestling with weed, spiritual discernment, inner resistance, and what it means to keep turning toward the light…even while arguing with it the entire walk home.
This episode is part comedy, part confession, part mystical sidewalk therapy session. 😂🐕🌻
Whether you see it as divine intervention, intuition, conscience, or subconscious processing…the message landed:
✨ Fl’Awesome Blossom can only bloom when focus stops being dimmed.
If you’ve ever wrestled with habits, clarity, purpose, skepticism, discipline, faith, or your own inner raccoon lawyer…this one’s for you, mes fleurs. 🌸
What started as “moving on”… turned into something deeper: loving on.
In this raw, ukulele-laced monologue, I riff through life at 51—through tears, truth, perimenopause, memories, and meaning—echoing that timeless question from 4 Non Blondes and Linda Perry: “What’s going on?”
This is about the uphill climb… the messy middle… the moments where you feel everything all at once—and choose love anyway.
Love on yourself.
Love on your people.
Love on your enemies.
And maybe most importantly… love on the parts of yourself that are hardest to face.
Because the climb?
It’s worth it. Every step.
This isn’t about just moving through life…
It’s about Loving On through it.
🌸 Welcome to your reminder to live fully, feel deeply, and bloom boldly.
A little bit of a discussion on migraines and how to mitigate them.
What happens when pain stops being something we process… and becomes something we preserve?
In this episode, we dive into the subtle but powerful shift from feeling hurt… to becoming rooted in it. Using the metaphor of a cucumber turned pickle, this episode explores how bitterness can slowly harden the heart, distort truth, and block the natural flow of grace, connection, and healing.
From the body’s own design to a parable in Matthew 18, we unpack what it means to hold onto resentment—and what it costs when we do. Because not everything that feels justified is actually life-giving.
This is a call to check your spirit:
Are you flowing… or are you stuck in your own brine?
🌸 Fl’Awesome Blossom Podcast
Where we grow through what we go through—mind, body, spirit, and the gardens that connect them.
Not everything needs a name…
some things just need to be noticed.
In this Bloom Burst, we’re talking about the difference between calling people out and calling patterns forward. Between humiliation and illumination. Between reacting… and reflecting.
I’m not here to dish the dirt—I’m here to enrich the soil.
Because growth doesn’t come from exposure.
It comes from awareness.
If something in this episode stirs you… don’t rush to look around.
Pause. Breathe. Reflect.
Maybe it’s not about who it’s about…
maybe it’s about what’s ready to change.
🌿 Fl’Awesome Blossom is about growth, grace, and becoming more aware of what we’re cultivating in our lives.

You’ll see me next time…

**“Some people never get the hang of Thursdays…
But this Thursday? This one’s different.
April 2, 2026 is the rare moment where Passover and Maundy Thursday collide—two calendars, two rhythms, one powerful crossover.
One story is about being saved from physical slavery.
The other is about freedom from the invisible chains we carry every day.
From the parting of the Red Sea…
to the quiet washing of feet…
This is about the moment before everything changes.
The pause before the step.
The day before payday… yeah, that one.
You are seen.
You are saved.
You are loved.
Now… step into it.”**
What happens when Scripture meets you exactly where you are…
but doesn’t let you stay there?
In a moment of overwhelm, I randomly opened to Psalm 69—
expecting nothing… and honestly approaching it with a bit of attitude.
What I found instead was a mirror.
For a moment, it felt like Killing Me Softly with His Song—David’s words echoing my own thoughts and frustrations.
But as the Psalm continued, I was confronted with something deeper:
I’ve changed.
This episode explores the tension between relating to pain and choosing a different response…
and why grace, not vengeance, might be the truest sign of growth.
We deep dive into the story of Daniel and the Lion's Den to figure out if God shut the mouths of the lions...or moved the hearts and minds of men instead.
A super quick note about how to get outside even when you're feeling like you can't.
Movies. Cartoons. Scripture.
What if they’ve all been whispering the same thing?
Fear disconnects.
Love regulates.
Discernment protects.
In this episode, we explore why Love isn’t weakness — it’s composure under pressure. And why staying awake AND warm-hearted might be the ultimate resistance.
Keep discerning. Stay impossible to manipulate. Keep on Living your Life in Full On FL'AWESOME BLOSSOM 🌸
