Melissa Easy is the Founder of DrugDev. Melissa has worked for large and small CROs - Contract research organization - in consulting positions and over the years has worked with many pharmaceutical companies and CROs. DrugDev was born when Melissa saw the inefficiency and resulting frustration from sponsors, CROs and investigators when trying to match investigators to the right protocols in a timely manner. From its humble birth in 2009, Melissa is very proud of how her ‘first child’ has blossomed and that DrugDev is now able to help identify, pay and engage investigators. Renie Leakakos, Esq. is a detail oriented and entrepreneurial leader who has worked in various business settings as an attorney, manager, sales and marketing professional. Her expertise is in corporate formation and compliance, contract negotiation, investment due diligence, business transactions and real property law.

Tanya Salcido is skilled in the ways of digital branding, online communications, influencer marketing and creating successful marketing plans. As a co-founder of #LatinaGeeks, Tanya aims to empower and inspire Latin women by spreading knowledge of entrepreneurship, social media and technology. When not online, Tanya enjoys exploring California’s wine regions, cooking, and watching Angels baseball.
