Belly laughing is good for the soul!  How well we are able to cut loose and just laugh down to our toes is a pretty important as it helps us see the lighter side of life!  When was the last time you had a good belly laugh?!  What would it be like if you could heartily laugh at least once a day!?  Just imagine the happiness!  And when you can get others to laugh too, what a gift!

So enjoy, be lighthearted and laugh down to your toes! Laugh so hard you cry tears of Joy!

It doesn't take a lot of energy to be kind, but it sure takes a lot of energy to deal with un-kindness.  How to deal with being treated unkindly is a process and a practice as we work at moving through the pain of someone being unkind to you.  How to get as objective as possible as fast as possible to relieve the pain is a gift we give to ourselves when it hurts.

Being able to get to a point of understanding why the person did what they did as a result of what they are going helps us take it less personal.  When we don't take it personal, the pain hurts less.

Have you ever wondered how many times you felt inspired to do something, but you chose not to pay attention to it but wished you did?!?  Those are what I call nudges, and when we pay attention to those nudges, they are typically spot on!  When we listen and pay attention to the nudges, inspired action usually follows!!

How can you achieve what you want to achieve, learn what you want to learn?  Set your mind to it.  There is evidence all around you when you reflect on what you didn't know at one point in your life, and realize that you do it today without even thinking!  How did you learn to drive, read, write, type, use social media.  Think about it!  How much have you learned in your lifetime!  Make a list and think about how powerful your mind is and how amazing you are for how far you have come!!  Then celebrate you!

How do you maneuver through life?    Do you believe what 'they' say or do you practice critical thinking and make decisions for yourself, based on who you are and where you are in your life today?

We were trained not to think, not to question.  So why would you start today?  Because it is time to be your own person, take your life back, think about what you blindly follow versus consciously choose.  It is a choice and only you can make that choice for you!
