All over the board with these three (3) tastings. Mike and Dave discuss what they have done, viewed and listened to since the last episode in segment one. As always, we discuss the world of sorts in segment 2. Segment 3 is all over the place but as always a FU but surprisingly no random question!

Mike and Dave have a bourbon barrel stout, imperial IPA, and then a first ever on the pod RUM barrel porter. Not a lot about shows, but it may take you "back-in-the-day" a bit. Mike continues to harass Dave with "Name That Song".  Then the sports segment has Mike's opinion on the USFL debut.  Mike actually watched and LIKED the start of the NBA playoffs.  Mike recaps his trip with the Fishman to the Cleveland Guardians home opener.  They both give their take on the NASCAR dirt race at Bristol, an FU segment, and then the Random Question.

Mike and Dave have a BBA Quad, Belgium double, and NEIPA tastings on the podcast this week. Guess what the shows-watched part of the pod is about. The sports segment is about how the media went WAY overboard with "Tiger Mania" and the Masters Tournament. The Random Question has to do with the same topic.  How heavily do fans hang on to the "big names" in their sports?  Mike has some opinions about that.

Mike and Dave have a pale ale, farmhouse ale, and an Imperial IPA on the pod this week. Dave had a week off and has a plethora of recommendations for movies and shows.  In sports, the Masters is coming up.  Who's in and who's out and what's Rory playing for?  Of course the Final 4 takes center stage and Mike makes his championship game picks along with his Masters winner.  The FU segment is back and man....oh man.. it's a doozy!  The Random Question is mostly for the male listeners - especially if you have to straighten something out. 

Mike and Dave have an IPA, a sour and an imperial stout. Once again Oozlefinch Brewing Company doesn't disappoint! Dave STUNS Mike with correctly identifying one (1) of the three (3) "How close are you paying attention Dave?" Also, "Cinderella" good or bad for sports?" 

Mike and Dave have a amber ale from England, a fantastic IPA from a toucan, and a SOUR!....I mean a SOUR!  Mike gives us his updated review of the show 1883.  There was A LOT to talk about in the sports world with all the money and trades in the MLB and NFL.  March Madness is of course the main sports topic with the Sweet Sixteen being set along with Mike's picks. The Random Question takes a strange twist even for Mike. 

Mike and Dave have 3 donations for the episode.  2 new entries from Hunter's Handmade Brewery in Mt. Pleasant MI.  Then an entry from Beards Brewery in Petoskey, MI.  The shows covered include a new one from Ryan Reynolds and they dissect Inventing Anna.  Mike has a lot to say about the end of the MLB lock-out, the Khalil Mack trade, Calvin Ridley's gambling transgressions, and who's Bryant and Longwood University?  Mike does his best to embarrass Dave throughout the pod....OR...is he trying to improve his mental toughness?

Mike and Dave have a stout, a red ale, and a blackberry IPA for the tastings.  They start out with a short segment of what they haven't watched , but finish it with The Gospel According to Ted Lasso. Mike gives us an update on the MLB lockout and the status of his annual trip to the Cleveland home opener with the 'Fishman'.  Is TB12 coming back like Mike predicted or is he going to be too comfortable in his childhood bed.  They start to wrap up the pod with the drawing for The Maple Grille gift cards and end it with two listener Random Questions that make Mike question his existence. 

Mike is back in the States and we have a fantastic show for everyone.  We start off with an interview with Ben Coughlin from "Baynes" Apple Valley and his new venture MI Cider.  This guy has enough energy and smarts to power a small country let alone run part of a business. We enjoyed the tastings and make sure to listen to the special offer Ben has for our listeners.  Then we finish out the pod with Mikes adventures on his vacation to Italy.  Of course he has some incredible stories of the sights of Rome and Venice as well as a F.U. to one of the cab drives who took advantage of him.
