Mike and Dave have a couple of "bangers" as Mike likes to call them with a chocolate lager, 3 X NEIPA, and a 13% imperial stout that qualifies as a dessert beer.   We recorded a day earlier than the Super Bowl so you can bet with our picks or against.  If you have a errant waggle, can it touch your ball?  Apparently, now it can.  The Random Question - depending on Dave's answer - could be the end of Flights, Football and Anything Else. 

We'll give you one guess what we are drinking in this pod.  Dave lost his Horrock virginity the day before and lost more than that.  The experience was awesome but Mike has one F.U. that came from the bar tender.  Sports has the Pebble Beach Pro-Am (where did most of the best players go?), the Olympics. The NFL has the Pro Bowl and the Brian Flores case.  After a short hiatus, Mike comes back strong with the FU segment.

Mike and Dave revel at the return of IPAs to the pod.  The first and third tasting are IPAs with an Irish Crème Nitro in the middle.  Lots to talk about with the NFL playoffs, Brady, & coaches carousel.  An almost new segment, "News or No News",  with hot sauce in condoms? What?  Then there are so many shows on so many platforms ..... which are costing us a mint. 

Mike and Dave go another episode without an IPA, WTH?  There is a double/imperial brown ale, Belgian Ale at 7%, and a red/amber ale with maple syrup & honey.  They give the latest on the best shows (since that's the only thing Mike can do right now), the NFL playoffs, the mystery of NCAA men's basketball, and then the pre-introduction to the Winter Olympics and vote for Bandy!

Mike and Dave have 7 tastings in this episode. We are going to get crazy and taste "craft" ROOT beer this week since Mike is still on his painkiller from his knee replacement surgery.   The conversation includes Aussie women's prison lingo, the NFL playoffs, two Erwins in Mikes room, a male transitioning to a female swimming against a female transitioning to a male (who wins?), and we make up a new national holiday.

Mike and Dave have 3 distinctly different tastings - a sour, a 14.5% BB stout, and a WC IPA.  Mike is starting to warm up to Yellowstone and Beth's character.  Find out who is taking AL and who is taking Georgia in the CFP National Championship game.  Mike tries to make sense of the NFL playoff picture.  Mike makes known his anxieties concerning his knee replacement surgery on Tuesday, but is making plans on how to do the pod next week.

Mike and Dave rate one fruit beer between two bourbon barrels....don't try this at home, we are professionals. The bowl season comes to an end and the NFL is wrapping up for the playoffs even if Antonio Brown isn't going to participate. Mike and Dave have another trio of Holiday tastings. Two Winter Ales and one Holiday porter. They dissect National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.  Then, give their two cents on the college bowl situation with COVID-19.  Is Mike worthy of being on Joe Millionaire?   The Random Question goes back to the Wonderful Life conversation and what if we weren't born?  Who would have missed out on our positive influence?

Mike and Dave go the extra mile to let listeners know all about the Rochester Mills 12 Days of Milkshake Stout Seasonal Stout Sampler Pack. They are all 16 oz'ers so this was a challenge for us (well, not for Mike :))  We go through an ultra quick mention of our shows, then a recap of our picks of the college football bowl "season".  As far as the NFL, Mike (and Dan Orlovsky) have an opinion of Urban's departure from Jacksonville.  Mike announces the FFAE COLLEGE BOWL PICK'EM CONTEST.   Mike's F.U. today wasn't as intense as last week, but a must listen nonetheless. 

Mike and Dave are so fortunate to have another trio of great tastings complements of Mike's wife Liz. They have two IPAs and a peppermint stout from a Polar Bear. Tom Hanks gets Mike's rathe in the first segment, oh boy.  We have nothing but great things to say about Orion Sports (as well as sports in general) in the second segment. THE most INTENSE F.U. from Mike in a LOOONG time - parental advisory suggested.  Then the Random Question is very motivational.
