For EP06 we sit down with Rebecca Ingram who is based out of Droitwich in the UK.We get into how whichever recovery journey you are on, there are similarities between the paths taken both mentally and physically. As well as the usual topics, Rebecca speaks about her own personal experiences from childhood and domestic abuse and how that has shaped the career path she has taken today, which offers various ways to help women in various routes of recovery.

We take a journey through his early years of drink and drugs, from the brink of losing everything to turning his life around and how he has navigated through his years of sobriety. We dive into his mind twisting body of work, his life as an artist and the bizarre world we live in right now.

Jules is an artist based in Venice, Los Angeles, we sit down for the first on-line episode and dive into one of the main parts of her recovery - the world of Alcoholics Anonymous.
