First, I start by taking a look at the neighborhood, the houses next door to either side and across the street. I start by taking a picture of the front of the house, then the front & sides to show depth. I take a picture of each side of the house. Zoom in on the roof, get several pics of it. Take pics of the rear or the house and the backyard. The idea is to make sure that you get a pic of every possible section of the house. Make it easy on your buyers to see the house for exactly what it is. DO NOT try to pretend there is nothing wrong with the house, or, take your pics avoiding the problems with the house. All that is going to do is piss off your buyers and make you look like a scam artist or that your’e trying to get one over on your buyers. If that’s the type of business you’re setting up, it won’t last very long. Honesty, Integrity, Honor… these are words you should model your business after.
