We're still not sure after watching this one and doing a little digging afterwards. We think it might be both. Both is good. From an endless bouncing Baba Yaga to a superhero, dancing, singing version of Dracula, this one has some interesting takes on monsters. Albeit, we were happy to see four of the classic monsters brought together from the very start!

This week we got to feel like Sir David Attenborough when he describes the animals in his documentaries. Instead of animals, we watched Wilkes (the faux assassin) in The Body hunt down his prey and we did our best to digest the method to his madness. Except we're nowhere near the skill level of Sir David Attenborough. Like at all. That being said, we did have some special guests help this week, the ladies from Room 237! Madagascar 2 shockingly fit the categories of "lion" and "super soaker" and has so many lovable characters. In between praising Moto Moto and King Julien, we lay tons of animal facts on you... Just wait till you hear the one about wildebeests! Whether or not you're new to the Madagascar franchise or you're a seasoned vet, we still think you'll have a zesty time with this episode.

Simply put, we had a hard time talking about this movie without going on tangents which in itself should tell you the quality of this film.

Does anyone actually know the etiquette when attending drum circles? Like can you be late or nah? Maybe it's different in Chile than it is in the US? One could say we were a bit lost. And outside of the city names and a few other miscellaneous Spanish words, our monolingual selves required the subtitles to be on at all times. There were points where we were curious if the gals were using some Chilean/Spanish slang throughout the film. Looking at you fetus face, or is it baby face? Still unclear.

Yeah, yeah, yeah! From digging through trash and kids being kids, this movie has it all. Yeah! If you ever have felt like you're a tearable artist, wait till you see the symmetry on Anna's house she draws in her school composition book. Yeah! And don't worry, fans of Spongebob will feel right at home when some of us (aka all three of us) feel like Doodlebob's idea was inspired from this film. Yeah!

For a movie about alchemy, this has surprising very little. One of the few times you see it is when Ed and Al are trying to reincarnate their mother... with lime? That makes no sense ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ You know what also doesn't makes sense about this movie? The number of times they say homunculus doesn't feel like it lives up to the counts you get from a single episode of the anime. Don't worry, we probably said it more in this episode so all you fans of the original series will feel at home.

Regardless of what you may think of a normal story, the main character is not the MVP here. We also think the main character, Theo, needs some hobbies outside of doing drugs, like maybe reading collections from one of his favorite authors (*cough*Edgar Allen Poe*cough*cough*).  Maybe he could collect his own starter pack of fancy-schmancy artwork for the future... but do it legally ya know? Clearly we were not impressed by Theo's shenanigans in The Goldfinch. We're wrong sometimes though...
