There's a lot of noise out there. A lot of distraction. In fact, when you start something you're going to get a lot of opinions from people on what they feel is in your best interest. I've had this happen to me from the beginning and continues. I graciously take in the opinions, but I'm also steadfast in what I believe is the right move(s) for me and what I want to accomplish. Sometimes you just have to go your own way, even if you're the only one.

Spring is special for us as we celebrate the founding of our organization. After four years we've seen many ups and downs, successes and failures. We're excited to see what the future holds.
