After raising two daughters, she and her husband moved to Vermont where she writes and is active in the environmental community by serving on the local land trust and conservation commission. She enjoys cycling, skiing, kayaking, and hiking with her dog in the Green Mountains. Her debut novel, The Treehouse on Dog River Road, was published by She Writes Press in May 2022.
