  • Mellow Meadows 🌙Bedtime Story

Step out of the rush of your day, let your bones grow heavy, and notice what begins to loosen when your breath stops hurrying. Tonight, Lynz welcomes you back to the village of Flow—a calm, still space for busy minds and tired bodies to rest deeply.

There is absolutely no pressure to fall asleep tonight. Simply allow your awareness to drift as you step out of your shoes to feel the cool, damp dew beneath your feet, follow a wicker lantern path into the mellow meadows, and build a cozy, grown-up den under a vast velvet sky. [1]

    Tonight, we gently wander through:

    • Arriving in Flow: A soothing eyes-closed relaxation practice to help you release the day's tension, connect with your body, and let a soft, long exhale ground you.
    • The Woven Wicker Lanterns: Stepping into the cool evening air wrapped in a favorite fleece-lined hoodie, following a sequence of flickering amber lights.
    • A Childhood Joy: Walking barefoot through the tall grass, feeling a feathery tickle against your fingertips as the night air carries the scent of wild flowers and crushed clover.
    • The Grown-Up Den: Settling into a natural hollow in the land to build a peaceful nest out of worn linen cushions, warm merino wool socks, and a heavy knitted blanket.
    • A Flicker of Memory: Resting under a silver-scattered sky and remembering what it felt like to be a child in the tall grass—where everything felt vast, safe, and endless.

If your mind found a quiet, safe haven in the stillness of the meadow tonight, please share this episode with a loved one who needs a gentle space to rest.

  • Wisdom (ISH) - Nothing Left To Give

    This week on Wisdom (ISH)...

It’s 7:15 pm. Sarah should be heading home to a warm dinner and a quiet evening. Instead, she’s huddled under a sprawling oak at Mellow Meadows, hiding from a world that won't stop asking for pieces of her.

Behind her eyes, the jug is empty. Despite being the "woman-who-can". The one everyone leans on and every book rests upon...she’s reached the point of slow-burn erosion. It’s an attack of the "Translucent Paper," where she feels so thin and worn that the next breeze might just blow her away.

In this week’s Wisdom(ish) pause, the Older Self leaves a letter tucked into the roots of an ancient oak, offering a perspective on why "No" is a full sentence and how to stop being a permanent shelf for everyone else’s stories.

    In this episode:

    • The Weight of the 'Yes': Why we carry other people's books until our own arms ache.
    • The Oatmeal-Coloured Letter: A surreal reminder that we are allowed to be our own authors.
    • Standing Tall as the Oak: Learning to be supported by the ground beneath us rather than the expectations above us.

What’s Next: Join me this Sunday for the full Sleep Story. We’ll leave the heaviness of the week behind and wander through the village at dusk, moving from the "woman-who-fixes-everything" into the person who finally knows how to rest.

  • Bliss Bakery🌙 Bedtime Story

Step out of the rush of your day, let your bones grow heavy, and allow the surface beneath you to carry your weight entirely. Tonight, Lynz welcomes you back to the village of Flow—a calm, still space for busy minds and tired bodies to rest deeply.

There is absolutely no pressure to fall asleep tonight. Simply let the day dissolve as you follow a petal-strewn path beneath swaying silk lanterns, step barefoot onto the radiant terracotta tiles of Bliss Bakery, and sink into a deep blue velvet armchair wrapped in a heavy, hand-knitted blanket.

    Tonight, we gently wander through:

    • Arriving in Flow: A soft, eyes-closed relaxation practice to help you release any lingering restlessness and let your breath lengthen into a slow, easy rhythm.
    • The Silk Lantern Path: Walking a silent carpet of velvet moss under a heavy canopy of violet sky, surrounded by the quiet lullaby of cherry blossom.
    • Bliss Bakery: Stepping past the cool porcelain handle into a sanctuary of thick, sweet heat filled with the aroma of honeyed oats and warm cream.
    • A Mindful Meditation: Pulling the deep, radiant heat from the terracotta floor into your feet as you draw a slow, mindless circle in a fine dusting of sifted flour.
    • A Warm Cocoon of Rest: Sinking into a massive hugging armchair that absorbs your weight, releasing your jaw and shoulders as liquid honey warmth travels from your toes to your spine.

If your soul found a quiet, safe haven by the bakery hearth tonight, please share this episode with a loved one who needs a gentle space to unwind.

  • Wisdom (ISH) - A Case of Perfectionism

It’s 4:30 AM. Lynz should be dreaming of sandy beaches and cocktails with faraway names. Instead, she’s sat on the cold stone step of Bliss Bakery, staring at a sunrise she can barely see.

Behind her ribcage, a thousand tiny ants are having an unwelcome party. Despite a "good" presentation the day before...warm handshakes and appreciative smiles, her mind is busy picking the moment apart, stitch by painful stitch. It’s a classic attack of the "Not Good Enoughs," where the shoulders meet the ears and the jaw locks tight.

In this week’s Wisdom(ish) pause, the Older Self drops by the bakery step with a bit of perspective on why we stab our own hearts with "should-haves" and how to stop treating our memories like a crime scene.

    In this episode:

    • The 4:30 AM Post-Game Analysis: Why we edit conversations that have already ended.
    • The "Symmetrical Crust" Trap: Understanding that the village doesn't need an expert; it needs a human.
    • Perfection as a Shield: Why "getting it right" is often just a high-end version of fear.

What’s Next: Join me this Sunday for the full Sleep Story. We’ll leave the "post-game analysis" and walk the lantern path through the village, moving from the noise of the mind into the deep rest of the body.
