This meditation is about being in the flow - where you can lose all sense of self, all sense of environment. Not zoning out - but zoning in. Being so focused that time isn’t there. Flow cannot be forced. Unfortunately, the more we work not to be anxious or to get the feeling of flow, the more likely we are to get in our own way. We trip ourselves up and prevent ourselves from the state of flow. We can however unwind from contraction that comes from being caught up in feeling guilty, stressed, anxious. And as that contraction unwinds, especially with the help of being mindful, we naturally expand, moving more in the direction of joy, more towards flow.
Micro meditation for ongoing well-being. Discover for yourself practicing mindful meditation and positive thinking techniques to cultivate a happier, healthier state of mind that comes from within.
