It is Yellow Warrior 1 in the Dreamspell calendar. The Warrior is about discipline and self-direction. Inner leadership. But it can also feel trapped in limitations, feeling incapable to move forward.

Where are you feeling trapped or limited in your life? Where are you holding back? The Warrior asks us these questions, because, only you can free yourself from the prison of your own mind.

The Tzolkin teaches us in this wave that sometimes we need to let go of the old, to release what’s holding us back. We may need to reflect in order to gain a fresh perspective. And then we need to be willing to move with the winds of change. This is an invitation to be innovative and look at how we can turn challenges or limitations into opportunity. How we can cultivate our medicine from our own struggle. That’s what the warrior teaches us today.

And the birds.

Birds are so magical. Birds are awesome. Just like birds, when we spread our wings, we can fly. And it doesn’t mean we can fly into to the sky, but we can fly through life.

A teacher of mine once said; if you are feeling like you are caged. If you are feeling like a bird in a cage, like you’re trapped in circumstances. There is one person and one person only who can truly free you from that. And that is you.

"Only you can free yourself from the prison of your own mind."

That’s what the birds teach us today. I needed that reminder today and maybe you did too.

Birds can fly. But we also, can dive into the unknown. Into adventure.

Today is Red Skywalker 11 in the Dreamspell calendar, Tzolkin astrology. Skywalker is about birds, going on the adventure and having the courage to discover new worlds.

Birds can fly, but we also have beautiful wings.

With your wings you can fly through life. You can go where no one has gone before.

We can fly if we are willing to be brave.

A new wave began yesterday in the dreamspell calendar with Dog 1.

A friend might show up. We get a reminder to be kind, to forgive.

A great time for a gratitude exercise.

We are heading towards White Wind. So let's breathe. Let's get calmer. Make conscious choices.

Let others speak while you wait patiently. Then move forward from inner Guidance. Follow your inner voice.

Take action and communicate about what matters to you.

A look back at the energies of the second half of August, The Yellow Seed wave spell. The themes continue to play into September. But we're looking back a little late, apologies for this. However it allows us to reflect, already knowing what has happened, a beautiful way to apply the astrology.

The beautiful thing about the calendar is that it teaches us fundamental life lessons. And all of these waves are playing in different ways in our lives all the time. In the people around us, the relationships we have with them, the country we live in, or the business you work in. And every 9 months the same wave comes back.

Today is Red Moon 13 which is about remembering. So let's remember what was going on in your life the second two weeks the last two weeks of August.

I was carefully watching the birds in my garden. They were eating many berries and I found that pretty difficult. So I got to learn about what's really important to me. About setting boundaries as well as deciding where to let them go. We were invited to think about what really matters to us, what is really our thing and what are things that we're holding on to that we really don't need. That is not really ours.

Early September has continued to work up on this theme. Both in the Mayan astrology as well as in Greek astrology with the eclipses. Where do we need more boundaries and where do we need less? And where can we understand ourselves better so that we know what matters and what doesn't. What we want to work for and what we want to release. The more we understand what is important to us the more we can focus on that. If everybody does that then there is abundance. If everybody takes what they need and no more than that. There is enough of that which is really yours, if you're willing to align with that. If you're willing to go after your dreams and let go of the stories of others.

This is how we can find abundance.

The moon is so beautiful. And I just wanted to talk about the eclipse that's coming up in the sign of Pisces in greek astrology.

Pisces is about love, unconditional love. It's a great time to let love in, to feel deep love for yourself, deep love for life, deep love for everybody, to really let yourself feel love. It's really healthy.

The eclipse is in Pisces. This is about intuition, it’s about dreaming, it’s about connecting. What I’ve really felt invited to is to connect again, to connect with the divine, to let myself be guided.

I’ve been stuck in my mind, trying to get information and figure things out rationally, but I feel a strong invitation to let some guidance in, to let myself flow, to just ask every day, “Okay, what’s good for me right now? What is my next step? What should I do?” and let my own inner guidance come through instead of over‑thinking.

Letting our feelings in, that’s what this Pisces full‑moon eclipse is inviting us to. Let a little Piscean energy in, be like a fish.

We don’t have to be so mental and logical all the time, we can just go with the flow. In Mayan astrology this day is Water or Hand 11, which is about moving with the flow. So let go and just Flow.

Balancing curiosity, dreaming, open-mindedness and maturity.

Curiosity can drive us into many different corners. It’s important to maintain balance; curiosity lets us learn, yet can also distract us. Remain open-minded and willing to see new perspectives. Do not fall for illusions, false stories, or deception. Approach life without preconceived notions; assume the best, whenever you can. With any energy, balance is key. We are in a constant balancing act.

The energy is moving from Blue Monkey to Red Earth until Blue Night (2-14 August). The playful Monkey brings transparency; Red Earth urges us to take grounded steps and offers a new chance. We are growing the child’s perspective: daring to dream and pursuing those dreams, seeing the world with new eyes and expecting the best from the future. Without letting naivety or immaturity lead us. We need not repeat past mistakes or forget what we have learned. Don't get lured into deception, illusion, or distraction by things that do not truly matter.

Remember your story, your dream, what you believe in, what is important to you. Hold on to it and follow it; it is a guiding light. When you know your dream, it steers you along the path toward the life you desire.

A great way to keep balance through ups and downs is to let your dream guide you.

Today is Dragon 11, teaching us about comfort. The child seeks comfort, which can be healthy, yet the adult knows when to self-soothe and when to face discomfort. Sitting with pain instead of rushing to fix it or seek external comfort.

A beautiful strength emerges when we combine the dreamy, intuitive nature of a child with the wisdom and experience of an adult.

You are stepping into a beautiful new energy. A portal into the next 12 months. You are creating a new world, by creating a new you.

A new year energy is starting in the Mayan calendar. A new year full of growth and a time to align with the seed that you want to grow. To set new intentions and plan(t) for the future.

In the Dreamspell calendar, the 26th of July starts a new year energy. Seed 7 is about aligning with growth. We get to integrate and stabilize. We are building a new foundation for our lives. A new foundation for the next 4 years.

We get to reap what we have sown. We are integrating what we have worked on for the past 3 years. And we get to harvest and receive from what we have worked on.

It is also important we plan new seeds for the future. The Mirror asks us to evaluate what no longer works for us. What we need to let go of or move on from. What we need to leave behind.

If we can accept where we are now and be forgiving of the past (White Dog) then we can move forward and grow. We can grow a new life, grow a new human. Grow a new version of ourselves.

The yellow star invites us to shine. It invites us to step into our own unique expression. To be willing to shine in our own beautiful way. So allow your expression to come through, shine in that beautiful spot that makes you shine. You get to be visible you get to claim a little space for yourself. We all need our own space to return home to.

So as we find opportunities for cooperation, as we find ways to come together, we can create beauty together. And then we return to our own space. Because by aligning with your own unique expression, allowing yourself to speak and communicate from your own uniqueness, you create beauty, as well. Your beauty.

We are in the White Mirror Wavespell, from Sunday the 20th of July up until Friday the 1st of August. On the 26th of July a new year energy starts, so we will be working with this developmental process for the next 12 months.

The Mirror brings reflection and confrontation with other perspectives. White waves can bring a tendency to see things as two-sided, good or bad. But the invitation, the challenge of this process is to see the beauty of the differences (Star). To see that there are many different ways of being, many different expressions and to see that we all have a different upbringing, different social groups and different beliefs. To reflect on how our own social groups and identities shape our behavior and our beliefs. And to be understanding of each other. To step into that White Dog loving friendliness. To be tolerant and accepting and to understand ourselves and each other better by looking in the mirror.

In this episode I talk about how we can use the astrological insight to be more understanding of people doing things that we find terrible. To be understanding of conflict of war, of the people involved in it that is. To see how trauma and a feeling of victimhood can lead people to repeating or passing on that trauma. How can we use the spiritual perspective to better understand the outside world, the global politics, the war?

I don't talk much about the war and I don't take any political positions, but I do relate the energies to this question. I feel the conversation about the Middle East could use some spiritual perspective and nuanced attempt to be understanding of each other.

So when you have a moment, to align with loving friendliness and grow your ability to be understanding of others, have a listen. Let me guide you through the energies of these 2 weeks, which can help us grow and move forward by understanding many different perspectives.

We are in a new energy, bringing forward momentum, a whole new 52 day period started on Monday. The Red Snake Wavespell runs from the 7th of July until the 19th of July, 2025.

What do you want? What makes you feel alive? What do you want to go after? Follow the passion of the snake as you move forward these days. Start taking steps toward your future.

In the weeks before, we reflected and made choices about where we want to go with our lives. With that foundation built, now it's time to put it into action. It is time to start taking steps based on the best understanding we've got so far. We don't need to have everything figured out, but with the ideas you have now about where you want to go, start taking some steps in the right direction and see what comes up on your path. You may find surprises, things you didn't see coming. Let these surprises inspire and guide you. Whatever comes on your path is there to help you move forward toward the life of your dreams.

The Red Earth helps us follow the path of least resistance, to follow the unknown roads and not just the obvious way. We take the scenic route. not just because it's pretty or fun, but because you learn so much more, and you'll find everything you need to make the most out of reaching your destination and making the most out of the journey that is life.

Today is Activating (3) White Wizard. We are in the Yellow Human Wave Spell from Tuesday, the 24th of June, until Sunday, the 6th of July.

Three questions for these two weeks:

* What are you giving your energy to?

* What can you cut away?

* What are you growing?

The Yellow Human asks us where our attention is going. The Human knows they are a conscious creator of their own life, present in the moment, aware. The Human makes choices throughout their day in order to shape their own life. Our thoughts, actions, and feelings are all shaping our lives and shaping the world around us. And so, the small choices every day are very important in the long term as well.

The goal is Yellow Seed; growing, planting and harvesting.

What seeds are you planting for the future? What intentions are you setting? If you want to harvest or if you want things to grow, you have to first plant seeds. You have to start, and then keep nourishing those seeds. We need to give attention to what is important; we have to keep working on those things in our lives that we really want to grow. There are so many things trying to grab our attention; it's easy to get distracted by what's not really important for creating the life of our dreams.

This is where the White Mirror comes in to help us. The mirror or knife helps us reflect and see what's not working. It shows us what we are doing. This reminder allows you to cut away what is no longer serving you, to remove behaviors that aren't helpful. To again and again make different choices and choose what supports you, rather than falling back into subconscious automatic behaviors.

You might reflect this week on what in your life doesn't belong. What do you want to do less of, and what do you want to do more?

Today, the White Wizard adds that perspective of timelessness. The Wizard cares for the community throughout time, considering the ancestors and future generations. What we do today, and what we don't do, affects our lives. But also the lives of many generations to come.

So know that what you do now is valuable. Every improvement, every good act, is because you are creating a different way to live, creating a beautiful world so that you can leave this world having given your beautiful spark, to it.
