We get caught emphasizing particular themes about our lives. “I am tired”, “I don’t have enough…”, “I am bad at relationships”. This causes us to create stories which we repeat over and over again. We can’t escape the themes. We become what we are complaining about …

Children play. When they play naturally there is little formal imposition on how it will flow. Being playful is the penultimate expression of being in a state of pure ease and trust of the moment. Adults can play too if they let themselves … what does your playtime look like? Is it controlled or does it roll out of you with pure ease and joyfulness?

The words we use to verbalize our feelings and thoughts create an easy flow in our lives, or create hesitation, obstacles, and drag. We can slow ourselves right down to a state of no movement, and no flow simply through the language we use to express ourselves. You can be a surfer!

We each have an infinite number of assistants in the quantum realm. They live in tandem with, and in unison with us. They form the invisible backup system which supports and guides us in everything. I joyfully notice how my consciousness realizes that it is living in clear consciousness. But what does this really mean? What part of us can realize or comprehend consciousness? Are we aware that we are frequently unconscious of being “unconscious”? This is NOT complicated! (Even though it sounds like it should be). Let’s uncomplicate this simplicity of awareness ….

Change, sometimes we are literally forced into it. Or we can choose to modify how we shift from one mode of being to another. There are many new tools of transformation available to us in 2014. On a recent deep sea fishing excursion in Mexico, the fishermen were frustrated by the lack of fish biting their lines. By accessing the openness of the quantum time line, an invitation to those fish available to be caught brought an eruption of fish on the fishing lines. Cooperating in time and space, the fish, the fisherman and I created an experience to share.

As I touched the structures of Mayan ruins recently in the Yucatan area of Mexico, my heart and soul were invited back into lives that I have lived there. I was asked to share realizations available through these experiences that can guide us all now. The most viable and important message is about how to separate the dictates of our hearts from our minds. I was shown in a tangible way, how to manifest life on earth without fear, violence and hatred.
