We're back but this time with new music related to each episode. This week we return for the launch of our new label First and Favourite with His Bitter Truth. We find out a lot about his intro into music, an extremely diverse music career and how making this song was therapy for him. All to coincide with the release of the next tune Flows X His Bitter Truth - Power on First and Favourite! Out on 4th of August 2023

Dumfries resident and promoter of Dubscidence Andy Ballantyne is on the show this week. Dubscidence has been running for 9 years and has seen the likes of Camelphat, Jess Bays and Gawp play at the night. With a first release on Pets Recordings Dalfie burst into the production scene, however we find out that electronic music has been in his life from very young. A recent release on Danny Howard's Nothing Else Matters, Dalfie is set for a great 2021, listen in to hear Dalfie's first and favourites. 

East Coast of Scotland Disco lover turned DJ and producer Natasha Kitty Katt joins us for the first episode of Series 2 of Flows: First & Favourite. As well as running Ghetto Disco Records, Natasha regularly DJs as part of the world famous Glitterbox nights. We delve into how she got into DJing and producing, as well as some of the genius names of her tracks and EPs amongst many other topics.
