Reanna Freeman reported on the first week of finals in the Western Eyre Netball Association, in which her Hawks fell to Wirrulla, who are straight through to the grand final. The Hawks will have to do things the hard way, with a showdown set up against elimination final winners Thevenard for this weekend.

Peter Weir joined The Flowman to break a huge week of elimination finals in the Horsham Districts Football League, in which Rupanyup surged home to knock out The Swifts while Edenhope Aspley were left to rue their wayward kicking against Noradjuha Quantong.

Scotty Stewart joined the Flowman and discussed the final round of the season in the Wimmera Football League. The Southern Mallee Giants play the Horsham Saints in the qualifying final, but there are no second chances for Minyip Murtoa and Dimboola in the elimination final.

Eyre United held their spot in the finals with a win, while an upset win by Cummins Kapinnie left them just missing the finals by percentage. Kristy Turnbull delivered the Eastern Eyre Netball Association update ahead of finals kicking off, headlined by Eastern Ranges sending a message with a big win on the eve of finals.
