Carla Fletcher appeared on the Flow Friday Sports Show to update listeners on the latest results from the Hume Netball League.

Fletcher answered all the important questions such as whether certain teams are wearing down Jindera, are Osborne just too good? And who can still surprise fans of the competition by making the 2023 finals series?

Osborne maintain a 100% winning record in the league so far this season.

Kylie Walsh, President of the North Central Netball Association, broke down Birchip-Watchem's stunning Round 11 performance against Sea Lake Nandaly Tigers, offering up a tactical insight into how the key plays resulted in the Bulls' dominant display.

Walsh also previewed Round 12 of North Central netball action for this weekend which includes the blockbuster fixture of Donald taking on Wedderburn.

Sammy White returned from his mid-year break to discuss the outlook for the Southern Mallee Giants' over the next few weeks. Sammy and The Flowman discuss the tough upcoming stretch of games for the Giants as they head towards to home stretch of the season.

The Flowman checked in with Scotty Stewart to discuss the state of play in the Wimmera Football League. Scotty and The Flowman chatted about the state of the ladder and highlighted Stawell's struggles against Minyip Murtoa.

The Flowman reviewed the round 11 results in the Hume Football League headlined by the Billabong Crows' close win and a big margin in the top vs bottom clash between Osborne and the Murray Magpies.

Sally Bywater reviewed a massive weekend in the KNT Netball Association in which all four games were decided by six goals or fewer and the bottom four teams played like premiership contenders. The round concluded with a new team on top of the ladder for the fourth time in four weeks.

Hannah Loller reviewed the most recent round in the River Murray Netball Association, headlined by Mypolonga's win over the Imperials to draw equal on top of the ladder and Tailem Bend's upset win.

Trudi Cook appeared on the Flow Friday Sports Show this week in an optimistic mood, declaring the Giants girls are revved up and ready to go again after having last weekend's bye round in Wimmera netball.

The 300-game Giants legend offered listeners a tactical insight into how the Giants can overcome Minyip Murtoa this weekend in what is another game of huge significance for the club.

Great Flinders Netball Association president Elizabeth Burns stepped in for Jo Franklin to provide a review of the weekend's action including brave losses by United Yeelanna and Eyre United. Kristy Turnbull followed up with a review of a one-sided round 9 in the Eastern Eyre Netball Association.
