En: In the tall building in the center of Sofia, Nikolay hurried for his important meeting.

En: He pressed the button for his floor, took a deep breath, and thought that this would be just a short and unusual elevator ride.

En: Although he was used to traveling alone, today Nikolay had to share the small space with the noisy clowns named Petra and Ivan.

En: Just when he thought things couldn't get any stranger, the elevator suddenly stopped and the lights began to flicker.

En: Nikolay carefully glanced at the numbers above the door - they were frozen, sharing the fate of their passengers in a temporary captivity.

En: Petra, dressed in bright colors with hair like a rainbow, pulled a small harmonica from her colorful costume and started playing a cheerful melody.

En: The music echoed in Nikolay's ears, who thought that an impending dirty prank or clownish performance would be the worst thing that could happen to him.

En: But then something surprising happened - the shared ordeal united them.

En: Nikolay began to laugh at Petra's performance and Ivan's jokes.

En: The clowns' food, pastries and juice, was shared joyfully.

En: The real magic happened when their collaboration turned into cooperation - they managed to open the elevator doors by turning a latch in the door.

En: Light streamed in, and the three of them shared the excitement of impending freedom.

En: Nikolay, now free and in the light, looked grateful.

En: He parted with Petra and Ivan with a heartfelt hug and the words, "You changed my mind about clowns."

En: So in the shadows of the tall buildings in the center of Sofia, Nikolay continued his journey not only with his important meeting in mind, but also with a lesson he would never forget - sometimes the best friends come from the most unexpected places.

En: Laughter, hidden in moments of fear and uncertainty, will always be the sweetest.
