En: However, Elena suddenly stopped singing and looked at Lukáš questioningly.

Sk: Tvoj hlas je naozaj nádherný!
En: Your voice is truly beautiful!"

En: Elena smiled at him and kindly replied, "It's okay, everyone interprets the situation differently sometimes.

En: The festival continued its cheerful procession, and as the sun set behind Bratislava Castle, Lukáš, Elena, and Marek, who later joined them, watched dance performances and enjoyed the atmosphere together.

En: Jane just laughed and said it had happened to other people as well.

Sk: Predsa len, Oliver mal dar ostať nápadne nehybný.
En: After all, Oliver had a knack for remaining remarkably still.

En: The weather was perfect for the young man to take a nice trip and broaden his horizons.

Sk: Bratislavský hrad, vznešený a hrdý, akoby strážil celé mesto, bol pre Janka vždy tajomným miestom plným histórie.
En: Bratislava Castle, majestic and proud, seemed to guard the entire city and was always a mysterious place full of history for Janko.

Sk: Janko prechádzal nádvorím a obdivoval krásne upravené záhrady.
En: Janko walked through the courtyard and admired the beautifully landscaped gardens.

En: The sunlight reflected off the castle's white walls, resembling diamonds on an evening gown.

Sk: Janko sa pokojným krokom túlal popri kamenných múrach a premýšľal o slovenskej histórii, keď zrazu zbadal starobylú sochu.
En: Janko strolled peacefully along the stone walls, pondering Slovak history, when he suddenly spotted an ancient statue.

Sk: Stála tam ako živá, dokonale zachytená v kameni.
En: It stood there as if alive, perfectly captured in stone.

En: The statue depicted a knight with an honorable expression and a firm gaze that seemed to watch over every visitor.

En: Janko gazed at it and suddenly thought that the statue could have once been a real guardian of the castle.

Sk: Janko teda k soche pristúpil a zhodnotil situáciu.
En: Approaching the statue, Janko assessed the situation.

En: "Do you know that you have a really stern expression?" he began his monologue, believing the statue to be a living person.

Sk: Na tvári rytiera samozrejme zostal nehybný kameňový úsmev.
En: Of course, the knight's face remained motionless, with a stony smile.

En: "How long have you been standing guard here?" Janko continued with a smile, traversing through centuries of history surrounding the man of gray stone.

En: Janko tried to say even more to break his silence, but of course, without success.

Sk: Až kým sa neozval smiech.
    En: Until he heard laughter.

Sk: Otáča sa a vidí malú skupinu turistov sprevádzanú usmiatym sprievodcom.
En: He turned around and saw a small group of tourists accompanied by a smiling guide.

En: "My young friend," the guide said to Janko, "This statue has had many listeners, but none as enthusiastic as you."

Sk: Janko zčervenal, ale rýchlo si uvedomil, akú zábavu práve poskytol.
En: Janko blushed, but quickly realized the amusement he had just provided.

En: He stood there for a while, watching the tourist group slowly depart, and then laughed at himself.

En: He understood that his mistake was harmless and actually quite charming.

En: Finally, Janko continued his journey through the castle, occasionally amusing himself.

En: He enjoyed the view of the city from the castle walls, and as it was getting dark, he promised himself that he would fully enjoy it all next time.

Sk: Spokojný a plný nových zážitkov sa Janko pomaly vracal domov.
En: Satisfied and full of new experiences, Janko slowly made his way back home.

En: And even though he didn't speak to any of the stone guards, he took away at least one valuable lesson from them.

Sk: Ľudská spoločnosť má predsa len svoje výhody, hoci niekedy stačí len dobrý príbeh, aby spravil deň výnimočným.
En: Human society does have its advantages, although sometimes just a good story is enough to make the day extraordinary.

En: Janko smiled as he left the castle, convinced that he would fondly remember this story for a long time.
