En: Letisko Bratislava lived its own life.

Sk: Cez moderné terminály prechádzali cestujúci, medzi ktorými sa miešali domáci s turistami.
En: Through the modern terminals, travelers passed by, mingling locals with tourists.

Sk: Vo vzduchu cítila Lenka jemný jarný vánok od automatických dverí.
En: Lenka felt a gentle spring breeze from the automatic doors in the air.

Sk: Bola v letisku, no jej myseľ blúdila niekde inde, zamotaná v hustej pavučine úzkosti.
En: She was at the airport, but her mind was wandering elsewhere, entangled in a thick web of anxiety.

Sk: Lenka bola mladá profesionálka, ktorá často cestovala za prácou.

Sk: „Pokiaľ si spomínaš na tvoju prezentáciu, viem, že to dokážeš. Dýchaj so mnou, pomaly,“ presviedčal ju a začal jej ukazovať techniky dýchania, ktoré sa naučil.
En: “As long as you remember your presentation, I know you can do it. Breathe with me, slowly,” he persuaded her and began showing her breathing techniques he had learned.

Sk: Lenka zatvorila oči a sústredila sa. Vdýchu, zadržanie, výdych.
En: Lenka closed her eyes and focused. Inhale, hold, exhale.

Sk: Po chvíli sa jej dych ustálil a srdce spomalilo.
En: After a while, her breathing steadied and her heart slowed down.

Sk: Predstavila si, ako hovorí na prezentácii, ako ju kolegovia chvália.
En: She imagined herself speaking at the presentation, being praised by colleagues.

Sk: Jej strach postupne ustupoval.
En: Her fear gradually subsided.

Sk: Náhle sa ozval hlas z reproduktora.
En: Suddenly, a voice came from the loudspeaker.

Sk: „Prosíme cestujúcich na let do Londýna, aby sa presunuli k bráne číslo šesť,“ znel letiskový hlásateľ.
En: “We ask passengers for the flight to Londýn to proceed to gate number six,” announced the airport announcer.

Sk: V tom okamihu však Lenku zasiahla panika.
En: At that moment, however, Lenka was hit by panic.

Sk: „Jakub, ja to nedokážem!“ jej hlava sa otočila k bráne, ale jej nohy nechceli poslúchať.
En: “Jakub, I can’t do it!” her head turned to the gate, but her legs wouldn’t obey.

Sk: Jakub k nej pristúpil, vzal ju za ruku a upokojil žiarivým pohľadom.
En: Jakub approached her, took her by the hand, and calmed her with a reassuring look.

Sk: „Lenka, spomeň si na to, čo sme sa naučili. Zavri oči. Predstav si, že sedíš v lietadle, bezpečne pripútaná. Vieš, ako to zvládneš. Daj tomu šancu.“
En: “Lenka, remember what we learned. Close your eyes. Imagine sitting on the plane, safely buckled in. You know you can handle it. Give it a chance.”

Sk: Lenka zavrela oči a sústredila sa na jeho slová.
En: Lenka closed her eyes and focused on his words.
